Cancelled flight compensation

If your flight was cancelled with less than 14 days notice and no suitable alternative was offered, you may be entitled to compensation of up to €600. Airlines must also offer re-routing or a full refund.

€250 Up to 1,500 km

€400 1,500 - 3,500 km

€600 Over 3,500 km

Notified less than 14 days before departure
No suitable alternative flight offered
Not caused by extraordinary circumstances
Flight from EU airport or EU carrier to EU airport
