DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF CLAIM
I, the undersigned, (hereinafter "the Assignor"), hereby irrevocably assign and transfer to Dāna Claims BV (hereinafter "the Assignee") all rights, claims and entitlements arising from EU Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 in connection with:

This assignment includes, but is not limited to, the right to claim financial compensation, reimbursement, and any other damages from the operating airline(s).
The Assignee (Dāna Claims) is authorized to:
- Pursue the claim in the Assignor's name or its own name
- Negotiate, settle, or litigate the claim
- Receive payment from the airline on behalf of the Assignor
- Deduct the agreed commission (25% excl. VAT) from any recovered amount
The Assignor confirms that:
- The claim has not been previously assigned to any third party
- No legal proceedings regarding this claim are currently pending
- All information provided is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge
