How it works

From submission to payout, here's exactly what happens with your claim.

Step 1

Submit your flight details

Start by telling us your flight number, travel date, and what went wrong. Our step-by-step form walks you through it. No legal knowledge needed, and it takes less than 3 minutes.

Step 2

We assess your eligibility

Based on your flight details, we check whether your disruption qualifies for compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004. We look at the type of disruption, how long you were delayed, and the distance of your route.

Step 3

Sign a digital authorization

Before we can act on your behalf, we need your permission. You sign a short digital deed of assignment. It's quick, secure, and gives us the legal basis to pursue your claim with the airline.

Step 4

We contact the airline

We draft a formal compensation claim backed by all relevant documentation and send it directly to the airline. Most airlines are required to respond within 6 weeks. If they don't, we move to the next step.

Step 5

We follow up and escalate if needed

If the airline ignores the claim or refuses to pay, we don't stop. We send formal reminders, legal notices, and if necessary escalate through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) or the European Small Claims Procedure.

Step 6

Compensation is secured

Once the airline agrees to pay or a ruling is made in your favor, we receive the compensation on your behalf. We verify the full amount and confirm everything is in order before moving to payout.

Step 7

You get paid

You receive a clear breakdown showing exactly how much the airline paid, our 25% commission, and the net amount you get. Full transparency, no surprises. The money is transferred directly to your bank account within a few business days.
