Denied boarding compensation
If you were involuntarily denied boarding due to overbooking, you are entitled to immediate compensation. This is one of the strongest protections under EU 261/2004 because overbooking is entirely within the airline's control.

Requirements
- You were involuntarily denied boarding
- You had a confirmed reservation and checked in on time
- You were not denied for health, safety, or documentation reasons
- Flight departed from an EU airport
