Downgrade compensation
If you were placed in a lower class cabin than the one you booked, you are entitled to a partial refund of your ticket price. This applies regardless of the reason for the downgrade.

30% of ticket price
Up to 1,500 km
50% of ticket price
1,500 - 3,500 km
75% of ticket price
Over 3,500 km
Requirements
- You were seated in a lower cabin class than booked
- You held a valid ticket for the higher class
- Flight from or to an EU airport
